Effective Spend Speaks on YouTube Advertising at Social Media Week Austin
This February, Social Media Week came to Austin for its third and biggest year yet! The presentation laid out two distinct strategies. The first, geared toward content publishers, focuses on promoting your channel or video content with YouTube Video Discovery ads. This strategy uses keyword targeting to serve ads within the YouTube search results, reaching an audience that is actively searching for topics related to your video content.
The second YouTube advertising strategy is geared toward eCommerce companies that are focused on driving sales online. This strategy combines Google custom intent audiences with the powerful TrueView for Action ad format to target customers that have recently been shopping for your product. The TrueView ad format incorporates three different call to action elements to help drive engagement and conversion.
